Company Description

Are you ready to lead the charge in luxury lifestyle hospitality?

We are seeking a dynamic experienced Director of Revenue to join our exceptional team, overseeing two of London’s most iconic hotels: St Martins Lane London and Sanderson London. Both properties are part of the Morgans Originals collection, known for their bold, surprising, and sophisticated approach to modern luxury.

As Director of Revenue, you will be accountable for optimising the revenues of two distinctive Lifestyle hotel properties under the guidance of the Area General Managers.


Job Description

In this pivotal leadership role, you will:

  • Oversee the management of the revenue team, and the Reservations/Guest Services team for both hotels.
  • Lead the forecasting process for both short-term and long-term, ensuring accurate projections whilst regularly evaluate market demand, booking patterns, and price sensitivity to refine revenue strategies.
  • Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly market share reports and provide actionable insights to the management team to identify trends, adjust strategies, and achieve targeted RevPAR for both hotels.
  • Serve as the key point of contact with third-party distribution partners, including OTAs such as Booking.com and Expedia, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Leverage market insights and global partnerships to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Represent the hotels at industry revenue conferences, collaborating with senior leadership and industry experts to stay ahead of market trends and revenue management innovations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management, with a minimum of 3 years as a Revenue Manager or higher. Experience overseeing multiple properties or a dual-hotel portfolio is highly desirable
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong familiarity with the London hotel market, including competitive analysis, demand trends, and pricing strategies.
