Director of Outlets (H/F)

L’Hôtel Mövenpick Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech recrute un(e) Director of Outlets passionné(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre son équipe.
Responsabilités principales
Superviser l’ensemble des opérations des points de vente Food & Beverage (restaurants, bars, room service, banquets).
Garantir un service client irréprochable dans tous les outlets, en veillant au respect des standards de qualité et de service.
Participer activement au recrutement, à la formation et à l’évaluation des équipes F&B.
Animer, encadrer et fédérer les équipes autour d’une culture de service, de performance et d’excellence opérationnelle.
Assurer un encadrement continu afin de maintenir des standards opérationnels élevés.
Superviser la gestion des plannings et l’organisation des équipes en fonction de l’activité et des besoins opérationnels.
Veiller au respect strict des procédures internes ainsi que des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et de sécurité au travail.
Superviser la gestion des coûts (food & beverage cost) et mettre en place des actions d’optimisation de la rentabilité.
Assurer le suivi de la qualité des prestations et de la satisfaction clients tout au long de leur expérience Food & Beverage.
Traiter les réclamations clients de manière proactive et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives adaptées.
Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements afin d’assurer une expérience client fluide et cohérente.
Travailler en synergie avec la cuisine, le Front Office, le Housekeeping, les Ventes et la Finance.
Management des équipes
Jouer un rôle de formateur et de mentor auprès des équipes F&B.
Identifier et définir les besoins en formation en accord avec la Direction Générale.
Conduire les entretiens d’évaluation et accompagner le développement des compétences des collaborateurs.
Profil recherché
Diplôme en hôtellerie-restauration, gestion hôtelière ou domaine connexe.
Expérience significative dans un poste similaire, idéalement en hôtellerie de luxe ou haut de gamme.
Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et relation client.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs points de vente et à prendre des décisions rapides et efficaces.
Sens aigu de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail.
Présentation soignée et attitude professionnelle.
