Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.

What you will be doing:

• Reporting to the General Manager, this position is a single package and based fully in the resort.
• Develop & execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue generation and achieve business objectives.
• Create & implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets.
• Manage the resort's digital presence.
• Foster strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and coverage.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand, particularly Lifestyle. Remote island-based work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent maturity & communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
• Strong network and experience in developing, creating and managing promotional campaigns, marketing & PR activities and e-Commerce.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
