• Orchestrate the culinary symphony across our diverse venues, including Te Kaahu Restaurant, Kuriri Café, Bar, Room Service, Executive Lounge, and Conferencing

• Champion an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression
• From negotiating contracts to nurturing our Food & Beverage team, you'll be instrumental in delivering memorable dining experiences and exceeding budget targets

You will be:

• A seasoned leader with proven 5+ years experience in a 5-star hotel environment and Food & Beverage or Operational Leadership roles
• Passionate for the hospitality industry. You will create a supportive environment where our team members thrive, grow, and seize opportunities for personal and professional development
• Nurturing and developing the future stars of the hospitality industry, guiding our team members to reach their full potential and excel in their careers
• Utilizing your expertise in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management to drive financial success, maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality
• Well-versed in an administrative background, ensuring seamless coordination of administrative tasks and processes, allowing our Food & Beverage operations to run smoothly and efficiently
