Job Description

Lead the F&B vision for a world-class hotel!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all F&B operations at our prestigious hotel in Accra. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service across our diverse restaurant, bars, events & conferencing facilities.

Keys to Success & Responsibilities:

  • Inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences.
  • Develop and implement innovative F&B concepts that drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all F&B outlets, maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Manage budgets effectively, optimize costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Cultivate a culture that prioritizes personalized service and exceeds guest expectations.

Qualifications

Your skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven leadership and team-building skills - ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
  • Financial acumen and business strategy expertise - strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of F&B trends, best practices, and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive F&B management experience in an international hotel environment, with a proven track record of success.
