Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- F&B Visionary 🍽️✨
Define and deliver a bold, creative, and commercially strong F&B strategy aligned with Mama’s lifestyle concept
Bring innovation to menus, concepts, events, and activations - Experience Curator 🍸💖
Create vibrant dining and bar experiences that reflect the energy of Cape Town and Mama’s brand personality
Ensure every guest experience is memorable, social, and shareable - Operations Leader ⚡🏨
Oversee all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, events, and in-room dining
Ensure smooth daily operations, high service standards, and consistency across all venues - Commercial Driver 📊💰
Maximize revenue, profitability, and cost control across all F&B operations
Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs while driving sustainable growth - Team Inspirer 👥💫
Lead, coach, and develop large, diverse F&B teams
