  • Oversee key financial operations including purchasing controls, payroll, accounts payable, expense management, and revenue assurance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of statutory reporting, tax submissions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, leases, licences, permits, insurance policies, and other financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the Hotel Management Agreement and all contractual obligations.

Owner & Corporate Financial Reporting

  • Maintain a strong financial partnership with ownership, ensuring transparency on budget performance, financial results, and business outlook.
  • Provide regular updates to the Regional Finance Office regarding pre-opening milestones, operational readiness, and financial performance.
  • Ensure all reporting requirements for ownership and Rixos corporate offices are completed accurately, consistently, and within agreed timelines.

Commercial Partnership & Operational Support

  • Partner closely with department leaders to drive revenue optimisation, cost efficiency, and financial accountability.

  • Participate actively in credit reviews, risk assessments, and financial governance discussions.
  • Ensure effective inventory controls, including regular stock counts, audits, and variance analysis.
  • Manage fixed asset verification processes and ensure accurate asset reporting.

Leadership & Team Development
