Job Description

  • Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Plans and schedules appropriate on-going preventative maintenance programs.
  • Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Engineering is performing against budget.
  • Addresses potential areas of concern and proposing solutions to senior leadership in a proactive manner.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business.
  • Proficient in all aspects of building operations and facilities management.
  • Strategic Planner and proficient in making annual operating budget for the department.
  • Proficient in organizational planning with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with attention to details and open to different cultures.
