Job Description

To direct and coordinate the overall activities of the Engineering Department.
Conform and adhere to the policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by ACCOR in order to achieve the highest levels of guest service.
To maintain regular inventories of the technical equipment.
Ensure quality is adhered to in all aspects of the job, by the Engineering team.
Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.
Experience in project management and renovation projects is an added bonus
To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Engineering

Additional Information

10 -15 years of experience in Luxury and Upscale hotels

Previous experience of renovation/refurbishment would be an added advantage
