Job Description

•A dynamic leader, highly organized and capable of providing leadership, guidance and direction in achieving the hotel’s vision and mission.

•Hands-on Engineering leader with proven experience managing a complex (combo) hotel property, coordinating outsourced contractors, and driving seamless engineering and maintenance operationsใ  while ensuring compliance, safety, and exceptional guest experiences.

•Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred in order to plan the opening of Mercure Bangkok Future Park Rangsit in late Q4 2027.

•Responsible for implementing Accor engineering and ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental standards, including WHS, HACCP, fire and life safety regulations, emergency response.

•Lead all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the effective upkeep of hotel facilities, guest rooms, equipment, and assets through preventive maintenance programs and regulatory compliance.

•Procedures, Accor ALERT requirements, and sustainability initiatives.

•Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences, promptly resolving maintenance issues, minimizing operational disruptions, and supporting the hotel's business and financial objectives.


Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

•Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

•Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
