• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the wellness and hospitality industry
• Lead negotiations with potential partners and stakeholders to secure favorable agreements
• Conduct market research and create compelling business proposals to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new business initiatives and monitor key performance indicators
• Represent the resort at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and foster relationships with key clients and industry influencers

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred, with 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, resulting in significant revenue growth
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a talent for cultivating partnerships and influencing diverse stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and wellness sector, including current trends and best practices
• Familiarity with the Thai market and business culture; fluency in English and Thai language required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities
