Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize catering and event services revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct site visits to showcase our venue
  • Create tailored event proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals
  • Manage client relationships to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver exceptional events
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets while ensuring compliance with company policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field with 3-5 years of experience in catering, events, or hospitality sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong knowledge of catering and event industry trends
  • Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations, with strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
