Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract corporate clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts, fostering strong relationships and maximising revenue potential
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and negotiate favourable contracts for corporate clients
  • Conduct market research, stay ahead of industry trends, and represent the resort at events and networking functions
  • Work closely with the revenue management team to optimise pricing strategies for corporate bookings
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, utilising CRM systems to track account activities and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with minimum 5 years' experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and account management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Bangkok hospitality market and corporate landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in Thai and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
