DIRECTEUR HÉBERGEMENT MULTI-SITE F/H
Mission:
Soutenu(e)par vote équipe et les équipes support (opérationnel, RH, support hôtelier......), vous serez le/la chef(fe) d'orchestre de ces établissements. Vous aurez la responsabilité de:
Le management des équipes:
- Recruter, former et accompagner les collaborateurs
- Suivre les compétences et identifier les besoins en formation ( Qualité et Sécurité)
- Gérer et optimiser les plannings pour garantir la meilleure qualité de service.
- Promouvoir, commercialiser et développer toutes les activités.
- Optimiser les tarifs et les offres promotionnelles.
- Gérer les groupes, séminaires et offres packagées
- Assurer la sécurité au travail de toutes les équipes
- Veiller à la qualité des produits, à la propreté et à la bonne tenue des lieux
- Assurer le suivi de la maintenance technique réglementaire et préventive.
- Garantir le respect et la maîtrise des normes d'hygiène HACCP
-Analyser la e-réputation et proposer des actions pour améliorer les RPS

Profile:
Profil recherché:
- Expérience réussie en tant que Directeur(trice), Assistant(e) de Direction.
- Aisance sur le terrain et polyvalence, notamment en multi-sites.
-Sens du service et souci de la satisfaction client pour optimiser le chiffre d'affaires.
- Prise d'initiatives et fibre commerciale.
-Expérience administrative souhaitée, avec une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques.
- Excellent relationnel et gestion des relations publiques.
