Le Grand Hotel Cabourg séduit par son charme intemporel, immortalisé par Marcel Proust qui aimait tant y séjourner. Les 71 chambres spacieuses donnent sur la mer ou les jardins fleuris.
C'est aussi :
- Un restaurant gastronomique "Le Balbec", face à la promenade, qui propose une cuisine normande raffinée et de mémorables goûters.
- Un Bar Belle Époque, où il est possible de déguster d'excellents cocktails et de delicieux mets culinaires.
- Un Room Service dédié et professionnel pour parfaire le séjour mémorable de nos clients
- Un restaurant Promenade avec vue sur la mer, bercé par le coucher du soleil (saison estivale)
- Un restaurant Plage, les pieds directement dans le sable, empreint de la douce air marine (saison estivale)
- Des espaces séminaires et banquets pouvant accueillir plus de 200 invités.
- Un spa « Bien-Etre » avec cabines de massage et sauna

Missions Générales :
- Superviser l'activité d'hébergement de l'hôtel sous l'autorité directe du Directeur Général.
- Encadrer, former et dynamiser l'équipe d'hébergement (Réception, Ménage et Spa).
- Établir des objectifs qualitatifs pour accroître la satisfaction des clients.
- Anticiper les besoins et participer au processus de recrutement des équipes.
- Développer les compétences des collaborateurs et les soutenir dans leur progression professionnelle.
- Définir une organisation optimale pour l'équipe et en assurer l'évolution.
- Réaliser les entretiens annuels d'évaluation, établir des objectifs pour les collaborateurs et les accompagner dans la réalisation de leurs projets professionnels.
- Élaborer les éléments budgétaires liés à son domaine d'activité.
Support Réception :
- En assistance à la Cheffe de Réception, coordonner les arrivées et départs avec l'équipe.
- Superviser l'attribution des chambres et gérer les éventuels délogements.
- Garantir le respect des procédures relatives à la facturation et à l'encaissement.
- Maintenir à jour des tableaux de bord.
Support Housekeeping (Étages) :
- En appui à la Gouvernante générale, assurer la qualité du nettoyage des chambres, des services et du blanchissage du linge de l'hôtel.
- S'assurer que les normes de la marque et les procédures afférentes soient respectées, mises en œuvre et actualisées.
- Garantir la qualité de service des prestataires externes (location de linge, nettoyage, fleuriste) et gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs.
Support Spa :
- En soutien à la Responsable Spa, veiller au bon fonctionnement du spa (prestations et entretien).
- S'assurer du respect des stocks et des procédures.
- Promouvoir l'image de la marque partenaire bien-être auprès des clients.
