Portfolio of six hotels, The Harlow Hotel by Accor and Five Mercure hotels, located in Birmingham, Nottingham, Cardiff, Bedford, and Telford, underwent an extensive refurbishment including bedrooms, meeting and events Spaces, public areas, bars and restaurants.  

Collectively the portfolio of 864 bedrooms and 54 meeting rooms, are all positioned with good transport and motorway links, onsite car coach parking facilities, restaurant & bars offering locally inspired home cooked cuisine. Birmingham West, Telford Centre and Nottingham Sherwood all have full Leisure Clubs with Swimming pools. All hotels carry the #ALLSAFE & planet21 accreditations.

Each hotel incorporates locally inspired artwork and design within its décor and even textures encompassing elements of its area’s culture and historic past.


Job Description

Reporting into the Group Director of Sales & Revenue, and working in conjunction with the hotel’s General Managers, & Multi-Property Revenue Manager, The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing and actioning of the social media platforms, marketing strategies, e-commerce and website management, in addition to delivering any required ‘flash’ sales activity. All duties that are carried out should be in accordance with Accor Hotels Standards and legal requirements.


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role

Additional Information

Ideally based in Birmingham Office, alternatively any of the 6 properties would be a suitable office base.

Flexibility to travel is essential as the Digital Marketging Manager will be required to visit, attend commercial meetings, owners meetings as required.
