Job Description
1. Assisting with preparation and cooking across a la carte, events and conferences.
2. Supporting food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
3. Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
4. Learning and applying culinary technique and menu standards.
5. Supporting efficient communication and teamwork during service.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 1 to 3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen or specialty.
2. Prior experience in multi-cuisine environments (Asian and Western) preferred.
3.Exposure to food preparation, plating and kitchen operations.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure.
5. Creativity and attention to details in cooking and presentation.
6. Basic knowledge of stock preparation, inventory management and mise en place.
