Le Fairmont Monte Carlo est un hôtel de luxe situé au cœur de la Principauté de Monaco. Il est doté de 596 chambres, suites et résidences ainsi que de quatre restaurants, de trois bars, d’un Centre Fitness, d’un Spa, de deux piscines, d’un Room Service et d’un service Traiteur.
- Participer aux préparations, aux cuissons, aux dressages des composantes d’un menu et envoie aux maîtres d’hôtel pour le service aux clients
- Travailler en équipe sous la responsabilité d’un Chef de partie
- Assurer la mise en place, réaliser des plats et choisir les produits pour les menus
- Accompagner les collaborateurs dans la réalisation de leurs missions du quotidien (intégration, formation, suivi…)
- Garantir la pleine sécurité alimentaire en veillant à l’hygiène (procédure HACCP), la propreté de la cuisine et de ses abords ainsi que de ses installations
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et compétence en résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression dans un environnement au rythme soutenu et à travailler en équipe
- CAP / BEP Cuisine ou Bac pro Cuisine
- 2 années d’expériences significatives au sein d’une brigade Cuisine idéalement
- Capacité d’organisation, réactivité et autonomie
