Demi Chef - Breakfast Service

Located in the heart of Darling Harbour, Darling Square and ICC precinct, Novotel Sydney Darling Square is on the look out for our next Breakfast culinary talent to join us as a Breakfast Chef.

Reporting to our Executive Chef you will be responsible for food preparation for our breakfast buffet, and at times assist with Pumphouse Sydney, in room dining, and function service. You will be required to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, whilst ensuring a high-quality product.

• Ability to work in a high-volume environment delivering consistent product and service
• Adept at working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• You will work well in a team environment as well as autonomously. 
• Working knowledge of stock ordering and rotation.
• You will be able to organise a section and be able to run this efficiently and productively.
• You will have commercial cookery qualification, and will ideally have experience as a Chef in a Hotel environment.
