Daily Worker - F&B Service.
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a F&B Enthusiast, you will take ownership of the exceptional services that deliver to our guest, ensuring that our guests are provided with a delicacy food & beverage represent of Novotel Bandung, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:

• Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures.
• Deliver F&B services in accordance to departmental standards and procedures.
• Ensure that all food & beverage are served according to service standard
• Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Clean & Maintain all Equipment within the Restaurant & Bar area.
• Take the initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
• Take ownership of cleanliness area, guests’ privacy, belongings and security, while ensuring exceptional service.

Your experience and skills include:

• Having an educational background of Vocational High School or equivalent.
• Having 6 months internship program in the F&B Service Department is an asset.
• Warm and caring personality.
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs and wants.
• Being professional and welcoming.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings & public holidays.
• Willing to extend or change hours/days of work from time to time upon request.

Note: Preferable for Bandung, West Java, Indonesia Based.
