You are at the heart of the hotel! As a F&B Enthusiast, you will take ownership of the food product every section, ensuring that our guests are provided with a delicacy food represent of Novotel Bandung, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:
- Mastering all basic cooking method.
- Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Clean & Maintain all Equipment within the food production area.
- Take the initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
- Take ownership of cleanliness area, guests’ privacy, belongings and security, while ensuring exceptional service.
Your experience and skills include:
- Having an educational background of Vocational High School or equivalent.
- Having 6 months internship program in the Kitchen & Pastry Department is an asset.
- Warm and caring personality.
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs and wants.
- Being professional and welcoming.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings & public holidays.
- Willing to extend or change hours/days of work from time to time upon request.
Note: Preferable for Bandung, West Java, Indonesia Based.
