Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager . As a Credit Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our hotel's credit operations, managing financial risks, and ensuring optimal cash flow.

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Accounts Receivable department
  • Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures
  • Analyze financial data and credit reports to assess customer creditworthiness
  • Manage and mitigate financial risks associated with extending credit to customers
  • Oversee the processing of third-party claims and maintenance of customer accounts
  • Investigate and resolve complex collection issues
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize credit terms and conditions
  • Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with local and international credit laws and regulations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-effective resource utilization
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the credit team, fostering a culture of excellence

 


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit management or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing accounts receivable and credit operations
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit management principles
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to make decisive and sound financial decisions
