Job Description

  • Monitors and controls all procedures concerning receipts, issuance, hotel sales, food & beverage, and products in the hotel by establishing local policies, assisting in monthly inventories, and assisting in menu costing. ​

  • Prepares monthly operations costs, recommends alternatives to improve costs, prepares reports, and verifies, extends, and tabulates inventories. ​

  • Helps train and guides staff on cost control procedures and practices.


Qualifications

  • Graduate of a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset. ​

  • Minimum of (two) 2 years of experience in cost control or financial management is an advantage. ​

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. ​

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and hotel procurement sites. ​

  • In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
