• Initiative and openness: An open mind and proactive attitude, continually evolving and contributing innovative ideas to elevate the guest experience.

• Review purchase requisitions considering issues such as lead times, standardization, quantity discounts, and purchasing budgets
• Assist any Department in the hotel in formulating their material requirements and to use competitive bidding or other approved procedures to obtain the best price
• Ensure timely preparation of purchase orders so that all approved purchase requests can be ordered and the goods delivered by the suppliers on the date need
• Keep track of all outstanding purchase orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time.

• Graduate of Management or any related course
• With 3-4 years of experience in the same field
• Can work in a fast phase environment
