Job Description

  • Support daily Talent & Culture initiatives, projects, and administration tasks.
  • Maintain and update employee databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for a positive employee experience.
  • Coordinate employee learning and development needs to cultivate a skilled workforce.
  • Handle work permit and visa applications/renewals, liaising with legal agencies and government bodies.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's in HR, Business, or Hospitality, and bring a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the hotel or service industry.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken Thai & English and possess excellent interpersonal skills to connect with all employee levels.
  • Maintain a focus on accuracy while providing exceptional service-oriented support.
  • Embrace change effectively, demonstrate self-motivation, and bring a positive, energetic attitude to the role.
