Le coordinateur hébergement h/f pilote l’équipe de coordination Back Office, sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des services d’accueil.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
- Assurer le suivi des visites et des chambres disponibles en collaboration avec l’équipe Housekeeping.
- Gérer les délogements du jour : attribution de nouvelles chambres, transfert des bagages et libération des chambres.
- Coordonner avec l’Housekeeping les recouches et départs anticipés.
- Superviser la clôture des débiteurs journaliers.
- Assurer le suivi des chambres prêtes (groupes, VIP, individuels) avec l’Housekeeping.
- Organiser et effectuer le check-in des groupes à l’arrivée.
- Planifier et superviser la remise des cadeaux en chambre.
- Préparer les arrivées groupes sur une semaine (J+1 à J+7) : publipostage, affichage pour le porterage, coordination des cadeaux en chambre.
- Remettre les rooming lists aux bagagistes pour l’organisation du porterage.
- Suivre les Prépaiements Marchands (PM) ouverts et en cours, ainsi que la relance des agences.
- Gérer les litiges de réservation avec les agences OTA.
- Assurer la clôture des PM des groupes loisirs partis et gérer les gratuités.
- Effectuer la facturation des no-shows (selon conditions flexibles ou non-flexibles).
- Vérifier les arrivées J-7 en contrôlant les informations du PMS (FO10) : traces Housekeeping, items inventoring, routing, commentaires, liens de paiement et instructions clients.
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des tour leaders des groupes (Viking, Colette, Globus).
- Remonter à son manager tout retard ou problème récurrent impactant l’activité.
