OBJETIVO:
Responder pela gestão das atividades da Recepção, garantindo os padrões de excelência no atendimento ao cliente e contribuindo para o aumento da performance da unidade.
ATRIBUIÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES
- Planejar, coordenar e supervisionar as atividades da Recepção, definindo rotinas e distribuindo tarefas.
- Controlar a ocupação do hotel e acompanhar reservas, garantindo a qualidade do atendimento aos hóspedes.
- Mediar conflitos e solucionar problemas operacionais e situações críticas.
- Participar do orçamento da área, definição de tarifas, acordos comerciais e criação de pacotes promocionais.
- Conduzir projetos corporativos e assegurar o cumprimento de metas, processos e padrões de qualidade.
- Manter alinhamento com demais setores e garantir o suprimento de materiais e equipamentos.
- Realizar a gestão da equipe, incluindo seleção, treinamento, avaliação de desempenho e elaboração de escalas.
- Executar atividades correlatas conforme as demandas da área.
Mínimas:
- Ensino superior completo em Turismo, Hotelaria ou áreas compatíveis.
- Conhecimento de procedimentos internos de recepção e interfaces com outros setores do hotel.
- Experiência com software de gerenciamento hoteleiro.
- Inglês fluente.
Desejáveis:
- Experiência na área ou no cargo de liderança em Recepção.
- Conhecimento em gestão de ocupação, reservas, tarifas e acordos comerciais.
- Vivência com elaboração e controle de orçamento e acompanhamento de metas.
- Experiência em gestão de equipes (escala, treinamento, avaliação e dimensionamento).
- Espanhol em nível intermediário.

Horário: 11:00 - 21:00 (seg - qui); 11:00 - 20:00 (sex)
