- Contrôler les coûts d’exploitation (hébergement, restauration, achats, etc.).
- Produire les reportings financiers et tableaux de bord (RevPAR, GOP, coût matière,payroll, taux d’occupation…)
- Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et à l’analyse des résultats.
- Contrôler les procédures internes et veiller au respect des standards financiers et audits.
- Accompagner les chefs de service dans le pilotage de leurs budgets.
- Réaliser des études de rentabilité (événements, offres commerciales, investissements).
- Contribuer à l’optimisation des revenus et à la maîtrise des dépenses.
- Analyse financière et comptabilité de gestion
- Maîtrise du contrôle budgétaire
- Bonne connaissance des KPI hôteliers
- Maîtrise d’Excel et des outils de gestion / ERP hôteliers (ex : Opera, Sun, SAP selon environnement)
- Rigueur, esprit analytique et sens de l’organisation
- Capacité de conseil et d’accompagnement opérationnel
Hiérarchie : le poste est attaché directement au Directeur des Finances et Compatibilité.
