We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Concierge to join our Front Office team. As the trusted local expert, you will deliver personalised service, curate memorable experiences, and anticipate every guest's needs with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Whether arranging exclusive dining experiences, recommending Sydney's hidden gems, or assisting with special requests, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable luxury stays.
Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Deliver personalised, luxury service at every guest interaction.
- Provide expert local recommendations and bespoke itineraries.
- Coordinate transport, reservations, tours, and special requests.
- Build meaningful guest relationships and anticipate individual needs.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold Sofitel's luxury standards and service excellence.
Qualifications
About you:
- Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, or luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of Sydney's dining, entertainment, and attractions.
- A proactive approach with exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
