Job Description
- Serve as the hotel’s primary point of contact, embodying the essence of luxury service in every guest interaction.
- Deliver a highly personalized experience by anticipating each guest’s needs with discretion and precision.
- Curate and coordinate exclusive dining, cultural, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences aligned with Sofitel’s luxury standards.
- Handle special requests with elegance, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and effortless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office. Online Review Management platforms.
- Previous experience as concierge and/or guest experience in mid-size luxury hotels.
- Complete knowledge of the English language, a third language is desirable
