Sous la supervision de la Responsable Administrative et Comptable :
MISSIONS PRINCIPLAES :
- Collecte et vérification des factures fournisseurs (bon de commande, bon de livraison, facture)
- Imputation et saisie des factures fournisseurs
- Suivi des échéanciers de paiement,
- Préparation des virements fournisseurs et suivi de la balance âgée
- Gestion les litiges fournisseurs
- Suivi des contrats et obligations fournisseurs
- Travaux comptables de fin de mois (Provisions, CCA, analyses, commentaires de gestion, …)
Ces missions sont non exhaustives et doivent s’effectuer dans le respect des délais impartis et des procédures édictées par le Groupe et la Direction de l’Hôtel.
PROFIL :
- Une première expérience de 2, 3 ans en comptabilité fournisseurs est requise
- Bac Professionnel ou BTS // Domaine Comptabilité
Compétences requises :
- Maitrise des outils informatiques courants : Word, Excel, logiciel comptable
- Une connaissance du logiciel CIRRUS serait un plus.
- Une connaissance des métiers de l’hôtellerie restauration serait un atout
Loyauté, Sens de l’organisation, Capacité à travailler en équipe et en autonomie.
Discrétion, Sincérité, Rigueur, Réactivité, Disponibilité, Relationnel,
Aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit sont attendues.
Disponibilité :
39h du lundi au vendredi (et en fonction des dates d'inventaire possibilité WE)
