Main Responsibilities 

• To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates 

• To ensure that mise en place levels are kept to standards 

• To assist the Waiter/ess in maintaining the station fully stocked, clean and tidy 

• To serve food and beverage according to restaurant standards and guest needs  

• To clear and reset tables  

• Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in the Restaurant 

• To ensure service and Back of House areas are kept clean at all times and work will be conducted according to our Health and Safety standards 

• To handle guest comments and complaints in the appropriate manner and communicate to Restaurant Management 

• To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that standards of personal hygiene and appearance are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests 

• To polish the silverware on a regular basis to ensure appropriate maintenance 

• To attend trainings 

• To carry out any other reasonable request as directed by your Manager 

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, style and aesthetics of hotel is critical.
• College Degree in Hospitality or similar field.
• 2 years experience in similar role.
• Good proficiency in English, Arabic and French
