Hôtel Flagship de 245 chambres (construction neuve, l'hôtel a ouvert en 2020), avec 2 Restaurants dont Rosé au rez-de-chaussée et Pedzouille La Grange en rooftop, 3 Bars & Coffee Shop, 1 Fitness et 3 salles de séminaires, situé en plein cœur du quartier de la Porte de Versailles et du Parc des Expositions.
MISSION :
Le commis de cuisine effectue la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des plats tout en respectant les fiches techniques. Il/elle participe à l'envoi des plats dans le délai souhaité par le client ainsi qu’au contrôle et au stockage des marchandises lors de la livraison.
Il participe à l’ouverture d’un restaurant en rooftop autour d’une nouvelle équipe motivée et engagée dans un projet commun : celui de faire plaisir, surprendre et fidéliser les clients selon les objectifs définis par la direction
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :
Technique Métier et relation client:
- Fabrique, dresse les plats conformément aux fiches techniques et en fonction des directives du responsable
- Organise son poste de travail en appliquant les consignes
- Adapte son rythme de travail en fonction de l'affluence, des évènements et des clients
- Effectue le nettoyage et le rangement de son poste de travail en fonction des directives de son responsable
- Evite tout gaspillage de marchandise
- Participe à la réception des marchandises et les range en appliquant les principes de stockage
- Contribue à la bonne gestion du petit matériel en évitant la casse
- Applique les procédures et politiques définies par la marque et l’hôtel
Management/Implication transverse :
- Participe à la bonne ambiance de travail et à la cohésion de l’équipe
- Réserve un accueil chaleureux, authentique et personnalisé au client, selon les standards de la marque « Pedzouille », notamment quand il travaille au « show kitchen »
Hygiène / Sécurité des personnes / Environnement :
- Veille à la propreté de son lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant, au quotidien, les règles d'hygiène HACCP
- Respecte les consignes d’utilisation et de sécurité du matériel mis à disposition
- Connait et applique les règles de sécurité de l’hôtel et la conduite à tenir en cas d’évacuation incendie
- Connait et applique la politique du programme Clé Verte
