LES CURES MARINES TROUVILLE
Situé dans le bâtiment du mythique casino de Trouville érigé en 1912, « Les Cures Marines » est un magnifique hôtel 5* de la Collection MGallery. Cet établissement comprend 103 Chambres, 1 Restaurant, 1 bar, 5 Salles de réunion, ainsi qu’un nouveau Spa Marin de 2500m².

Le Spa marin des Cures Marines à Trouville-sur-mer fait peau neuve pour renaître sous le label « The Purist ». L’hôtel 5* propose une métamorphose spectaculaire de l’ensemble de ses 2500m² d’espaces de soins. Nouvelles expériences, nouveaux design, raffinement digne d’un palais, les 34 cabines immersives et les nouvelles zones de bien-être révèleront une nouvelle expression de l’âme des Cures Marines.
LE RESTAURANT – LA GALERIE
Au coeur des Cures Marines, face à la plus belle plage de sable fin de la Côte Fleurie, le restaurant La Galerie vous accueille dans sa somptueuse salle de bal contemporaine.
Le concept : une cuisine centrée sur la naturalité et le bien-être. Dans le respect de ce que la nature nous offre, valoriser chacun de ses beaux produits pour en restituer le meilleur, pour ne rien perdre de leur vitalité naturelle. Notre démarche durable priorise les produits frais de saison, issus des terroirs environnants mais aussi le végétal, le sauvage et l’agriculture biologique.

En tant que commis de cuisine, vous effectuez la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des plats tout en respectant les fiches techniques dans la bonne exécution des préparations culinaires. Vous participez à l'envoi des plats dans le délai souhaité par le client ainsi qu’au contrôle et au stockage des marchandises lors de la livraison.
- CAP-BEP Cuisine ou expérience significative
- Expérience requise de 2 ans
