Are you a passionate culinary superstar ready to taken on a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade. 

Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, just minutes away from entertainment venues, an array of restaurants in Sydney’s food precinct and central’s public transport hub. With 255 guest rooms, 12 conference spaces, a renowned restaurant and bar, a team of friendly and dedicated hospitality professionals, and endless attractions at our door step, where else would you want to be?


Job Description

  • Joining a strong and energetic Kitchen Brigade, you will be responsible for assisting in breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, with the potential to help lead the operation from time to time.

  • Pullman Sydney Hyde Park also attract large conferences and events – hosting companies such as The Royal Commission, NRL & AFL teams, to smaller corporate companies. You will be a key player ensuring the service for these events run smoothly while also delivering creative and quality dishes for our guests.

  • Now more than ever, its important you understand food hygiene and can stay up to date with our cleanliness standards. As well as growing and developing, we want YOU to have the passion to THRIVE in a fast-paced Kitchen environment


Qualifications

You have:

  • A ‘can-do’ attitude
  • A willingness to learn
  • Great ideas and creativity
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster
  • Previous experience in a Kitchen environment
  • Passion and motivation to continue growing your skills and career. We've got plenty of training & opportunities for you to develop!
