Commis Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our team on a part-time basis and support the breakfast operation at Novotel Sydney Parramatta.

Our 194 room Hotel is in the heart of Parramatta, home to some of Sydney’s best dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Plus, with a brand-new light rail under construction and ‘Eat Street’ activation, this is the place you want to be!

Joining a strong and energetic Kitchen Brigade, you will be responsible for assisting in Breakfast shifts with the potential to help lead the operation from time to time. Novotel Sydney Parramatta also attract large conferences and events – hosting companies such as, NRL & AFL teams, to smaller corporate companies and clients. You will be a key player ensuring the service for these events run smoothly while also delivering creative and quality product for our guests.
