MISSION :
Le/la Commis Banquet / Restaurant contribue de façon globale à la satisfaction de la clientèle de par la qualité de son travail. Il/elle est responsable d’un secteur du restaurant et en assure l’organisation, la mise en place et la coordination. Il/elle peut être amené à assurer le service. Il/elle assure un accueil/service de qualité auprès des clients sur son point de vente restauration.
MISSIONS /PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :
Technique Métier et relation client :
- Participe à la mise en place du point de vente ainsi qu'au rangement et au nettoyage des locaux et du matériel
- Assure le dressage des tables
- Aide à la mise en place du matériel de service
- Fait la mise en place des pauses séminaires des salles de réunion et de banquet
- Nettoie et entretient le restaurant et espaces banquets
- Assure le débarrassage des tables, et redresse les couverts
- Veille à la pérennité du matériel disponible sur les points de vente
- Veille à développer un service de qualité constant et de référence
- Applique les procédures et politiques définies par l’hôtel
- Fait le lien entre la salle et la cuisine pour apporter les plats au chef de rang
- Veille à la bonne tenue des arrières
- Participe à l’entretien du matériel (polish)
- Renouvelle le buffet et le met en place
- Participe au service du petit-déjeuner avec la tenue de la caféterie
Hygiène / Sécurité des personnes / Environnement :
Veille à la propreté de son lieu de travail et au bon fonctionnement du matériel mis à sa disposition
· Connaît et applique les conduites à tenir en cas d’évacuation incendie
- Veille à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant au quotidien les règles d’hygiène HACCP
- Respecte les consignes d’utilisation et de sécurité du matériel mis à sa disposition
