Commis - Bakery serves a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional culinary standards we are renowned for. As a Commis in the Bakery department, you will play a crucial part in crafting exquisite baked goods and pastries that epitomize both artistry and taste. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing, baking, and presenting an array of delectable creations while adhering to the highest quality and hygiene standards.

1. Culinary Education: A formal culinary education, such as a diploma or degree in baking and pastry arts, provides a strong foundation in baking techniques, ingredient handling, and food safety.

2. Baking Expertise: Candidates should possess a solid understanding of various baking methods, including bread, pastry, and cake production, along with knowledge of different doughs, fillings, and decorating techniques.

3. Experience Level: Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen. This experience helps in developing the necessary skills and familiarity with bakery operations.

4. Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with international and regional bakery items, as well as the ability to adapt recipes to suit guest preferences, showcases a well-rounded approach to baking.
