The Commercial Systems Manager ENA acts as the one stop shop for all activities related to commercial systems standards, processes and implementation. She/He is the project management of concurrent projects, liaise with internal and external partners and guide RM community & hotel users on system usage and setup.
Main accountabilities:
•Standards and Processes
Define documents and maintains system standards and develop system use guidance materials. Ensure that hotels are following set out standards and processes and guide hotels on system usage and setup.
•Interaction with Key Stakeholders
Support the relationship with key stakeholders (Hotels, Region, IT, Corporate) to ensure that system requirements can be technically fulfilled through all connected systems.
•Project Management & Implementation:
Project execution and coordination of concurrent projects as assigned . Actively guide CST team members through projects and assign project related tasks. Work with RM community and hotel teams on implementation, monitor standard setup is adhered to. Manage specific projects in alignment with department head or Senior Manager.
•Systems Support
Supports RM community / hotel teams with exceptional issues (outside of vendor support scope) and special economical subjects impacting commercial systems.
•Vendor Management
Work closely with vendors to ensure implementation contracts are issued and signed on time, while respecting optimal implementation time line and cost for hotels.
- Hotel Management or Business School
- +5years Operational experience in RM or Central support working with commercial systems like RMS, CRS, PMS, Sales & Distribution systems, Rate Shopping, Upsell Tools
- Strategic & Analytical problem solver
- Commercial mindset & service driven
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to influence & motivate
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent verbal & written French and English required

- Our offices are located in Issy les Moulineaux & offer a modern working environment with a relaxation area and services (gym, hairdresser, concierge, postal service, s...) for a successful Talent Experience!
- We have set up a work schedule of at least 2 days per week in our offices and the rest of the time you can work from a hotel, a coworking space or from your home.
