Preparar y montar los alimentos necesarios para satisfacer al Cliente velando por la seguridad alimentaria exigida, controles del área. Preparar los platos del menú del día, carta de restaurante, órdenes de servicio de banquetes a partir de las demandas recibidas, cocina, parrillas, asando de alimentos. Tanto para clientes externos como restaurante de personal con el objetivo de entregar experiencias inolvidables. Preparar productos y actividades de pastelería con foco en la elaboración, cocción y montaje de: dulces, pasteles, tortas u postres entre otros. Montar los platos elaborados, realizar montaje buffet velando por la reposición y posteriór desmontaje. Preparar los coffee break, solicitudes de eventos y alimentación del personal de ser necesario.
