Job Description

This role will be responsible for providing valuable support to the Cluster Sales Directors in their day-to-day operation and planning while also contributing to the overall success of the cluster of hotels. The role is to primarily focus on Accor CP Group HMA PME & lifestyle hotels and will assist with opportunities for CP luxury Hotels:

• Perform comprehensive desktop and market segment research to collect data to help in identifying macro trends in distribution, technology, and travel behavior, thereby informing sales strategies.
• Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies to benchmark our properties and identify areas for improvement
• Keep an up-to-date database for each market segment managed by the cluster
• Assist Cluster Sales Directors with day-to-day tasks, including preparing reports and reviews, scheduling meetings, planning for tradeshows and coordinating travel logistics.
• Execute targeted cold call campaigns to generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients
• Submit Corporate RFPs for relevant hotels (Cvent Lanyon) and assist with corporate client account management
• Attend relevant industry events and networking functions to cultivate business relationships, and exposure of the cluster hotels


Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel environment, sales, or a related field of study.
  • An understanding of the Events and Corporate Hotel clientele
  • Strong User knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ANAIS, Delphi, Opera Cloud
  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and competitive landscape
  • Awareness of current trends affecting hotel sales and marketing strategies

  • Good presentation
  • Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with various departments Self-motivated and energetic
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Willingness to take on diverse tasks as needed to support directors
  • Proficient in building and maintaining relationships
  • Proficient in using data to support decision-making and reporting
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing sales documentation and reports

This is a Full Time Position, 40 hours per week, $65,800.00 per annum plus incredible Global Benefits
