•Drive the full spectrum : recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning & development and succession planning.

Qualifications
•Preferred 3 year experience at a similar role.
•Passion for people development and service culture
•Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
•High emotional intelligence with strong communication skills in Vietnamese & English.
•Strong stakeholder management and coaching capability
