What you will be doing:
CLUSTER MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE
The Cluster Marketing Communications Executive is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of effective marketing and communications strategies that align with the company’s business goals. Reporting directly to the Cluster Director of Marketing Communications, this role is vital in upholding each property’s brand identity and elevating the brand experience through activations in PR and media relations, partnerships, community service and social responsibility. As a brand guardian, the Cluster Assistant Marketing Communications Manager must always have the brand promise of both properties at the heart of their mission.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
MEDIA RELATIONS AND PR
- Coordinates media interest in the Organization and ensures regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
- Assists in the validation of qualified media requests and marketing partnerships for the company’s further reach in reputation and standing.
- Responds to marketing queries, and assists in the coordination and organization of familiarization trips, media stays, and collaborations.
- Assists the team with ongoing media and PR efforts, including media and influencer relations, press trips hosting, and engaging with partners and collaborators before, during, and after their stay.
COMMUNICATIONS
- Imbibes each property’s brand identity and keeps up with brand updates. Assists the CDOMC and other stakeholders in upholding the branding guidelines and implementing brand standards.
- Coordinates and produces internal photoshoots for both properties, particularly for online content and tactical marketing collateral. Assists media when shooting on the premises. Assists the CDOMC in the production of brand and lifestyle shoots.
- Assists in the development and execution of creative concepts, projects and events, such as Pullman’s annual Pillar Weeks. Coordinates and works with other departments and stakeholders for the success of MarComm-related activations.
- Under the CDOMC’s guidance, creates short-form copywriting for marketing collateral, reports, etc.
- Conducts research on market trends and creates professional presentations for the Sales and Marketing department.
MARCOMM ADMIN
- Creates presentations and reports as needed to support the departmental goals, such as property, event and project decks, monthly reports, weekly dashboards, and Town Hall meetings.
- Champions and maintains the department’s Master Lists.
- Supports the CDOMC in the department’s daily operations, such as managing requests and liaising between departments.
- Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant departments are aware of marketing objectives.
- Liaises with all partners stakeholders as directed by the DOMC, such as corporate office and contracted PR agencies, service providers, and other departments.
- Assists in administrative duties and staying informed and on top of departmental operations, such as budgets and expenditures, tracking of training hours, project KPIs, and schedules. Provides support in the management and development of the rest of the Marketing Communications team.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides support in organizing marketing logistics, encompassing early-stage planning, creation of marketing assets, and overseeing budgetary aspects.
- Engages in the design and production process for advertising content, marketing brochures, sales kits, and additional promotional items.
- Assists in various areas as needed, whether PR, Crisis Communications, and Digital Marketing, to develop into a well-rounded marketing communications professional.
Qualifications:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing Communications and/or PR in the hospitality sector.
- At least 2 years’ experience working on property, with understanding of hotel/resort operations.
- An excellent grasp of the English language, both verbal and written. Has copywriting skills and can write short-form copy for promotional material, social media, blogs, and editorial and business writing. Experience in using AI tools is an advantage.
- Hyper-organized, self-starter, problem solver, analytical, and is business driven.
- Experienced in organizing events, scheduling, and is able to coordinate activations between various stakeholders.
- Has an eye for detail, is creative, can adapt to different brands’ aesthetics. Has experience in working with platforms such as Canva, Pinterest, and social media channels. Is adept at using Microsoft Office.

- Understanding of and sensitivity to diverse international clientele and the ability to tailor marketing efforts to various cultural preferences.
