Our hotels offer 434 stylish rooms, two restaurants, bars, a coffee lounge, a gym, a swimming pool, free outdoor and indoor parking facilities, five fully equipped meeting rooms and a ballroom with the capacity up to 1,000 guests.


Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage leader to lead the department of our cluster hotels.

  • To behave and act (as a manager) in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brands mindset.
  • To convey the hotels' image and atmosphere by providing a warm and friendly welcome, being available and frequently visible in the hotel operations.
  • To help Heartists improve their skills and provide support for career development.
  • To manage, motivate and organise personnel in order to improve the quality and creativity of F&B services, in line with brand standards. To actively collect feedback and make suggestions for improvement.
  • To take part in the definition of hotel strategy and implements it in the F&B department.
  • To improve the department's results by increasing sales, improving the management of points of sale (restaurants, banquets, bars, 24hr service, etc), spend and profitability.

Qualifications

Skills :

  • Strategic planning and strong leadership.
  • Team management, delivering training and developing, performance management, effective rostering for busy hotel environment.
  • Decisive - Autonomous - Entrepreneurial and good commercial sense.
  • Creative, innovative and well organized.
  • Excellent presentation, computer literate, and business English.
  • Guest oriented, outgoing and service minded.

Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the sector and impeccable knowledge of F&B professions and team management.

Education :

  • Diploma or degree in hospitality – food & beverage, professional hospitality degree or hospitality management school will be an advantage.
