MGalleryブランドの複数ホテルにおける財務・経理業務を統括いただく「Cluster Financial Controller」を募集いたします。
本ポジションでは、財務報告、予算策定、内部統制、コンプライアンス対応、経営分析などを担当し、ホテル運営および経営陣を財務面から支援していただきます。
主な業務内容
・複数ホテルの経理・財務業務全般の統括
・月次・年次財務諸表、マネジメントレポート、予算、フォーキャストの作成
・キャッシュフロー、コスト管理、収益性の分析・改善
・税務・法令・Accor本社基準に基づくコンプライアンス対応
・月次・年度決算業務の管理
・外部監査対応および内部統制の強化
・経営陣への財務分析・戦略提案
・各部門への予算管理および財務面でのサポート
・ファイナンスチームのマネジメント・育成
・総支配人およびリージョナルファイナンスチームとの連携
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Cluster Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of multiple properties within the MGallery portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, internal controls, and business performance analysis while supporting hotel operations and senior management in achieving financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions across multiple hotel properties
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, forecasts, and annual budgets
- Monitor cash flow, cost control, and profitability performance
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, corporate policies, and Accor financial standards
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate external audits and maintain strong internal control procedures
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to hotel management teams
- Support operational departments with budgeting and financial planning
- Supervise and develop finance team members across properties
- Collaborate closely with General Managers and regional finance leadership

・ホテル業界(特にLuxury / International Hotel)での経験が望ましい
・ 財務会計・管理会計の深い知識
・複数施設を担当するクラスター業務経験者優遇
・ Hotel Accounting System(例:SUN, Opera等)の使用経験
・日本語:ビジネスレベル以上(必須)
・英語:ビジネスレベル
・Practical work experience in accounting and finance
・Prior experience in the hotel industry, particularly within luxury or international hotels, is highly preferred
・Strong knowledge of financial accounting and management accounting
・Previous experience in a multi-property or cluster finance role is an advantage
・Hands-on experience with hotel accounting systems (e.g., SUN, Opera, etc.)
・Japanese: Business level or above (required)
