Company Description

We’re seeking a commercially driven and strategic Cluster Director of Revenue to lead revenue management for Pullman Penrith and Mercure Penrith, located within the dynamic Panthers Precinct.

This pivotal role will oversee revenue performance across accommodation and MICE segments, working collaboratively with the hotel leadership team to optimise pricing, distribution, and profitability.

About the Role

As Cluster Director of Revenue, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing revenue strategies that drive growth across both hotels. You’ll analyse market trends, lead forecasting and budgeting, and implement initiatives that enhance RevPAR and total revenue performance.

You’ll also partner closely with Sales and Marketing to maximise MICE and catering revenue opportunities.

Accor is the world’s largest and fastest-growing hotel group, with a network of over 5,000 properties across more than 100 countries. Located base of the Blue Mountains Pullman and Mercure Penrith offer a combined 374 rooms and state of the art conference and events facilities.

 


Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective revenue and distribution strategies across both hotels
  • Analyse market trends and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Oversee pricing, inventory management, and group business strategies
  • Drive RevPAR and total revenue growth through data led decision making
  • Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
  • Lead and mentor the Reservations team to ensure operational excellence
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and General Managers to align commercial goals

You are a data driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, multi-property environment. With strong analytical and leadership skills, you know how to balance strategy with execution and inspire teams toward performance excellence.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior revenue management role, ideally across multiple properties
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and distribution expertise
  • Experience with revenue management systems and market benchmarking tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative, proactive, and commercially focused mindset
