This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, accurate financial reporting, and efficient management of accounting processes to support the cluster’s overall financial goals. The position requires excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to work effectively across departments and properties.

• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial reports for all properties within the cluster.
• Ensure compliance with local and corporate financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings for the cluster.
• Assist the accounts payable and receivable processes across the cluster, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Implement credit control measures to minimize bad debts.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to prevent errors and non-compliance.
• Leverage accounting software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly desirable.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multi-location or cluster-based organization.
• Experience with financial audits and internal controls is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of local tax regulations and compliance requirements
