We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Supervisor to lead and support civil maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure projects across the resort while ensuring operational excellence in line with Accor and Sofitel brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil engineering operations including building structure maintenance, plumbing, masonry, and waterproofing.

• Lead, train, and supervise the civil engineering team, contractors, and technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to assess structural integrity and identify preventive maintenance needs.

• Coordinate civil works, renovation projects, and resort enhancements in collaboration with Design & Improvement Team, Housekeeping, and Project teams.

• Ensure all civil work adheres to local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

• Monitor materials inventory, equipment usage, and maintenance schedules.

• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and compliance records for audits and management reviews.

• Ensure all civil engineering activities align with sustainability initiatives, HSE policies, and Accor engineering protocols.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in civil works, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.

• Strong technical knowledge in building maintenance, structural repairs, waterproofing, and drainage systems.

• Familiarity with local construction codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and blueprints.
