Job Description
As a Seasonal Shuttle Driver, you are part of the magic that brings Christmas at the Princess to life. You’ll safely operate the trackless train, providing guests with a fun, comfortable, and festive ride to and from event areas. Your friendly attitude and safe driving create a memorable first and last impression for every visitor.
- Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
- Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
- Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort
- Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Checking equipment and engines before a journey starts
- Follow signaling instructions during the train path
- Provide passenger announcements
- Ensure proper regulations are maintained while controlling lines
- Delegate all lines accordingly
- Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the trackless train to transport guests between parking zones and event entrances.
- Greet passengers with a warm, cheerful welcome and assist with boarding and exiting.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of passengers and pedestrians.
- Communicate clearly with staff, supervisors, and guests regarding routes, schedules, and accessibility.
- Provide basic event information and contribute to a joyful, family-friendly atmosphere.
- Monitor train operations, reporting any mechanical or safety concerns promptly.
- Stay attentive, professional, and guest-focused throughout each shift.
- Help set the tone of holiday fun with enthusiasm and care.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
