Job Description
You will be responsible for the efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of South Palms Resort & Spa Panglao – MGallery, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You will lead the planning, coordination, and preparation of all building and asset requirements, safeguarding the Owner’s investment while enhancing guest comfort and the overall resort experience. This role carries full responsibility for the structural integrity of the resort, landscaped grounds, beachfront areas, and all external facilities.
